CWV steps up its success in Key Biscayne
- April 21, 2022
As a community and society, we have experienced plenty of changes in this last year, in the context of the Covid pandemic.
Amongst them, we see a new familiarization in preferences, regarding where and how to live.
Surprisingly, the reality shows that the market for luxury residences is in a full upswing. The idea of an apartment as a permanent home in an expensive city, is fading. On the contrary, homes, townhouses and multi-family townhomes are becoming an area of interest. Demand for these different alternatives is growing, and the trend is expected to continue in areas such as The Roads, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and Key Biscayne.
For example, Key Biscayne is becoming attractive, not only for families with Latino backgrounds-, but also for American immigrants from big cities like New York or Chicago. Even long time local apartment owners and tenants are thinking of residential alternatives that offer greater freedom of movement and additional privacy by not sharing common spaces.
CWV HOMES – part of CWV GROUP, the holding company led by Octavio Rinaldi - is closing the year in line within this appealing ambition. Octavio has acquired property in Key Biscayne for 2.4 million, where he plans to build homes (at a price of 4 million per unit), by the end of 2021.
- Homes for a new era.
All residential developments planned by CWV HOMES span some 5,000 feet of construction. They will feature 2 floors, up to 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, swimming pool, Jacuzzi ... and all the innovative technological advances available, for intelligent and sustainable comfort. As a matter of fact, they will be equipped with solar panels and batteries, and will host LED lighting systems.
The following items complete the range of smart & green features:
- Comprehensive low-consumption equipment related to water and electricity (GEMonogram appliances with Wi-Fi connectivity, among others).
- Thermal insulation and Low-E glass windows (hurricane and vandalism proof).
- LEED-certified paints and woods.
In addition, other architectural and design aspects are involved and will be led by BA Design Group.
Other architectural and design aspects are also being considered and decided by BA Design Group: the goal of achieving the highest efficiency and greatest energy savings. Top-level products and brands will be featured. Total connectivity, as is required by the current and generalized home-office situation, will of course be offered.
With these new acquisitions, CWV HOMES manages a total of 5 units; 3 houses and 2 townhomes, with a sales value of 14 million dollars.
The company is thus a player in the ultra-luxury home market in Key Biscayne and throughout South Florida. In this region, CWV GROUP has been developing unique real estate projects for 20 years, offering a special combination of design, smart technology and sustainability.
